It looks like Hefner is ready to control the company he created many years ago. In a recent proposal he has offered to purchase all the Class A and Class B shares he doesn’t currently hold for $5.50 each.

I learned today that Ami Jordan passed away of unknown causes last Friday, June 11, at the age of 19.

I received an email on my iPhone a few days ago from Flashcash.com. The email included embedded links to some new tours Flashcash had recently released. When I visited the first link from my iPhone I didn’t go to the tour they where promoting I was redirected to one of TopBucks mobile websites. At first I didn’t realize what had happened, then it became clear. Flashcash.com was taking affiliate embedded links and redirecting them to TopBucks if they where mobile traffic. In other words FlashCash IS stripping your traffic of its affiliate code and sending it to TopBucks as their own. As soon as I realized what they where doing I started a thread on GFY.com and included my findings. Interestingly very few people on the board where surprised Flashcash was fucking their affiliates. A couple days after I started the thread Flashcash responded with this statement.

“Hi Guys, we have this resolved and this was not intentional. We recently put the redirect scripts in place and intended for only typein mobile traffic to be redirected. However, there was an error in the code and it was redirecting all mobile traffic on some of our sites. Our programmer fixed the code to only redirect typein mobile traffic and has updated the sites and tested.

We had a meeting this afternoon about this and we will be able to determine who should be credited for sales and of course will make good.

Now I don’t know about you but I smell BULLSHIT. They are either lying about trying to fuck us, in which case I no longer want to do business with them OR they are so fucking incompetent I no longer want to do business with them. Either way I’m DONE with Flashcash. If you do promote them I would suggest asking them about how they plan to “determine who should be credited for sales” when the traffic you sent them never reached their site.

As usual I’m just reporting my findings who you promote and how you promote them is your deal, just keep your head on a swivel because as I have shown time and again many sponsors will FUCK YOU if they think they can get away with it.

– Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele is being criticized again after the committee bankrolled a Republican donor’s tab at a risque Hollywood nightclub with other party members.
The news comes as Republicans seek donations for an expected brutal and expensive battle to win back the House and the Senate during the midterm elections in November.

“For those donors who truly believe in conservative values, this latest news about Steele has to be very disturbing,” Douglas MacKinnon, a former press secretary to then-Senate Majority Leader Bob Dole, told the Huffington Post.com’s Sam Stein. “Michael Steele needs to resign and let the RNC vote in a man or woman who understands that his or her needs do not come before the needs of the nation or the party.”

Federal Election Commission records show Eric Brown, a Republican donor, was reimbursed almost $2,000 by the RNC for a night that included a visit to Voyeur, a Los Angeles club where topless dancers can be seen mimicking sex and bondage acts. The RNC said Brown will give back the money for that night at the nightclub.

Dirty D plans to surrender to Florida authorities next week when he arrives back in the U.S.. Florida authorities said that Dirty D’s attorney has communicated to them that Dirty D is still out of the country, but he will arrive in Florida to face charges. “We’re not certain what day he will arrive back on U.S. soil, but this is what we’ve been told,” Mike Morrison, a spokesman with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Florida authorities are charging Dirty D with two counts of the promotion of a sexual performance of a child, two counts of the use of a child in a sexual performance and one count of illegal computer pornography, which refers to the streaming of underage content. A warrant was posted for his arrest last week.

Today Frost Entertainment, Inc. received an email from the attorney for SG Services, Inc. also known as Suicide Girls. In the email they demanded we remove an image from one of our websites which may or may not be owned by Suicide Girls, as well as remove any mention of Suicide Girls or their models. Now the image we didn’t own so we removed it immediately but after a brief chat with our lawyers, we where instructed that we had every legal right to comment on or criticize either Suicide Girls or any of the models currently under contract.
