Pink Visual recently filed a $6.75 million suit against the owners of Brazzers alleging that four company-owned tube sites poached content from 45 copyrighted movies and have streamed them “tens of millions of times.”

“The nature of the Internet being what it is, it’s really incumbent upon producers and rights holders to proactively protect their intellectual property,” Pink Visual spokesman Quentin B told XBIZ.

Today Frost Entertainment, Inc. received an email from the attorney for SG Services, Inc. also known as Suicide Girls. In the email they demanded we remove an image from one of our websites which may or may not be owned by Suicide Girls, as well as remove any mention of Suicide Girls or their models. Now the image we didn’t own so we removed it immediately but after a brief chat with our lawyers, we where instructed that we had every legal right to comment on or criticize either Suicide Girls or any of the models currently under contract.
